Sweet & Spicy cauliflower with Pesto

  A recipe that takes humble cauliflower to the next level ! Oven-roasted cauliflower in an irresistible sweet and spicy sauce on a bed of creamy pesto makes for a unique recipe The crunchy almond toppings make for the perfect ending to this rich texture dish So here’s the recipe: Roasted Cauliflower Ingredients : 2 cups blanched cauliflower florets 3 tbsp mayonnaise 2 tbsp ketchup 2 tbsp schezwan sauce salt to taste Black pepper to taste 1/2 tsp Garlic powder (optional) 1/2 tsp mixed herbs 1/2 tsp red chili flakes Method: Preheat the oven at 200 degrees Celcius for 10 minutes In a mixing bowl combine all the ingredients.
